Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Advanced non-surgical nasal reshaping
A highly specialised treatment designed to improve nasal shape, profile balance, and structural harmony without surgery.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a highly specialised treatment designed to refine the shape and profile of the nose without surgery.
Using carefully placed hyaluronic acid filler, treatment can improve concerns such as dorsal humps, asymmetry, low bridges, and drooping tips while maintaining natural facial harmony.
At The Look by Louise, every treatment is approached conservatively, safely, and with a strong focus on natural-looking structural balance.
Refine Your Profile with Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
The nose is one of the most anatomically complex areas treated within medical aesthetics, requiring advanced precision, experience, and understanding of facial anatomy.
Louise has performed over 5,000 non-surgical rhinoplasty procedures and specialises specifically in advanced nasal filler treatment and profile balancing.
Each treatment is tailored individually, with patient safety, facial harmony, and long-term results remaining central throughout every stage of the process.
A specialist approach
Common concerns treated
-
A dorsal hump refers to a visible bump or convexity along the bridge of the nose, which can disrupt overall profile balance.
Using carefully placed filler above and below the hump, we are able to create the appearance of a smoother and straighter nasal profile without surgery.
Treatment works through structural camouflage rather than physically removing the hump itself.
-
Some patients naturally have a flatter or lower nasal bridge, while others lose structural definition over time.
Strategic filler placement can improve bridge height, projection, and overall profile structure while maintaining natural facial proportions.
This can create a more refined and balanced side profile without appearing overdone or unnatural.
-
A drooping nasal tip can contribute to a heavier or downward-facing appearance within the profile, particularly during smiling or facial movement.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty can help improve tip support and create a more lifted, refined appearance through careful structural placement of filler.
Treatment is always approached conservatively to maintain natural anatomy and movement.
-
Mild asymmetries and contour irregularities within the nose are extremely common and can become more noticeable from certain angles or within profile photographs.
Carefully placed filler can help soften visible irregularities and improve overall balance and contour throughout the nose.
Treatment focuses on creating greater harmony and proportion rather than creating absolute “perfect symmetry”.
-
The nose plays a major role in overall facial proportions and how the side profile is perceived aesthetically.
In many patients, improving profile harmony involves assessing the relationship between the nose, lips, chin, forehead, and jawline together rather than treating the nose in isolation.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is therefore often incorporated into wider profile balancing treatment plans to create softer, more balanced, and more harmonious overall facial proportions.
Why consultation matters
At The Look by Louise, we believe facial aesthetics should always be approached by assessing the face as a whole rather than treating individual features in isolation.
Facial balance, proportions, profile harmony, movement, skin quality, and structural support all play an important role in creating natural-looking results.
For this reason, consultations are an important part of the process, particularly for patients who are new to aesthetic treatments or unsure which treatments may be most suitable for their concerns.
Consultation appointments allow us to fully assess your facial anatomy, discuss your goals in detail, and provide honest professional advice on the most appropriate treatment approach for you.
Where appropriate, we often recommend a more balanced and long-term treatment plan rather than simply treating one isolated area.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Longevity varies depending on the treatment area, metabolism, product used, and individual tissue behaviour.
Most fillers last between 6–18 months depending on the area treated.
-
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase where clinically appropriate.
-
Results typically last around 12–18 months depending on metabolism, product used, and individual tissue behaviour.
-
Yes, however previous filler history must always be assessed carefully before further treatment is carried out.
In some cases, dissolving or corrective treatment may be recommended prior to additional filler placement.
-
Downtime is usually minimal, however some temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, and occasionally bruising can occur following treatment.
The nose can also feel slightly firm or sensitive initially while the filler settles within the tissue.
Most patients return to normal daily activities shortly afterwards, although we advise avoiding excessive pressure on the nose, strenuous exercise, and glasses resting heavily on the area during the initial healing period where advised.
While results are visible immediately, the nose will continue to settle over the following days as swelling reduces and the filler integrates more naturally within the tissue.

Consultations can be booked directly through our website.
We require a £100 deposit to secure all injectable consultations. Should you decide to proceed with treatment on the day, this amount is deducted from the overall treatment cost.
When booking your appointment, sufficient time is allocated for both consultation and treatment where appropriate, allowing treatment to be carried out on the same day should you wish to proceed following assessment.
This allows us to fully assess facial anatomy, discuss treatment suitability and goals in detail, and create an appropriate treatment plan before proceeding safely and responsibly.
-
You do not necessarily have to book a consultation , however we strongly recommend this for new clients, particularly those who are new to aesthetic treatments or considering non-surgical rhinoplasty for the first time.
The nose plays a major role in overall facial balance and profile harmony, which is why we prefer to assess the face as a whole rather than treating one feature in isolation.
Consultations allow us to carry out a full facial analysis, discuss your goals in detail, assess suitability safely, and provide honest professional advice on the most appropriate treatment approach for your individual anatomy and profile.

We also offer Profile Balancing as a combined treatment, including the nose, lips, and chin to improve overall facial proportions and side profile harmony.
