COVID-19 LATEST UPDATED STATEMENT
ALL LOCATIONS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED, HOWEVER WE ARE OPEN FOR VIRTUAL SKIN CONSULTATIONS AND SKINCARE PURCHASES BY DELIVERY. WE ARE HOPING TO REOPEN ON 12TH APRIL AS PER GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES. OUR ONLINE BOOKING FACILITY IS NOW LIVE.
If you are an existing client with a previously cancelled appointment due to COVID 19 (secured with a deposit) you will have preference of availability once service is resumed.
If you are a new client, or a client that has been to see us before, but hasn’t paid a deposit to us before covid 19 closures, then please use our online booking portal to secure a booking (once we resume service). By doing this you will also receive preference over new clientele as your deposit payment will secure this. We will contact you with our soonest availability once we have rebooked previously cancelled appointments before the January lockdown.
Visiting our Clinics
Going forward The Look by Louise Skin Health, Aesthetic and Laser Clinics will be open to clients on attendance per person. You will be required to attend your appointments alone, anyone not following this regulation will be refused entry into our clinics, and your deposit will be forefeited for loss of time. If for any reason we have to cancel your appointment, whether that may be at short notice, due to possible ill health of our team members, inadequate PPE or facilities provided by our satellite clinics, then of course your deposit will remain on our system, however we are not obliged to offer good will gestures as these circumstances cannot be helped.
If you are feeling unwell then we please ask you to refrain from attending your appointment, you must contact us as soon as possible to let us know that you are unable to attend, and thank you for doing so. We understand this cannot be helped, and will keep your deposit for future use once you are well enough to do so.
If we feel you are showing any signs of illness on attendance of your appointment, we may ask you to cooperate in a temperature check and have the right to refuse treatment if necessary, this will also mean loss of your deposit due to non cooperation of our current regulations.
You will be asked to wear full PPE on attendance to ALL of our clinic locations. This includes hand sanitisation, gloves, face masks, possible foot covers or aprons. Only WE can decide if you are treatable according to safe policy.
We require you to attend your appointment alone. If you are travelling with a friend or relative who is also a client of The Look By Louise and who is also being treated at the clinic on the same day then you must still enter the clinic alone. Your occupant must wait outside for their own allocated treatment time.
In preparation for our return to work, and due to heavily increased administration, we have recently rolled out a new, online booking portal facility.
The latest available appointments will be offered only via this method, after we have rebooked pre existing clients with appointments previously secured by a deposit.
Our wait times, appointment duration times, and availability are undoubtedly going to run differently, again this is out of our control and although unfortunate we cannot be held accountable should appointments times run over. We can only offer our sincere apologies. We advise to leave yourself more than sufficient time in clinic, and also travelling times. That said, we reserve the right to turn away anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment to ensure schedules run as smoothly as possible.
We will be offering limited availability in SOME of our clinic locations, please appreciate we have many previously cancelled appointments to rebook.
The Look by Louise Infection Control and General Workplace Safety Risk Assessment
The health and safety of our customers and team members is paramount and our utmost priority. Following on from the Governments announcement we have been working hard to ensure that when we do return to clinic, we keep everyone safe and well.
You may be asked to wait outside the clinic premises, in some of our clinic locations, due to restrictions on waiting areas. Please do not be offended if we ask you to wait in your car, we will then call you by telephone to come to the clinic door, you will then be greeted by a member of our reception team, more than 2 metres away.
You must adhere to social distancing within the clinic as much as physically possible.
Our clinic facilities have ALL undergone strict risk COVID-19 risk assessments, and implemented with the correct cleaning regimes. If you are naturally questioning the safety of attending your appointment, remember we are a private facility and attendance is by appointment only. Our cleaning protocols, and the extraordinary measures we take to adhere to this standard are already in place. Anyone who has visited our clinics will have seen this for themselves.
If you do need to contact us regarding your appointment, and you cannot find the answer to your question on our website, then please do not hesitate to fill out our contact form, but note we cannot book a new appointment this way.
